How can I contact Oursin Swim?

 How do I return or exchange my order?

Please follow instructions on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return an item on sale?

If the item is on sale, it is considered final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for a return. If the item is on final sale, this will be indicated on the product page. 

Can I return an item I purchased?

We accept items back for return or exchange. However, items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

We are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order with the correct products. Please contact our customer service team with your request as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on US and Haïti orders over $300. 

When will my order ship?

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are shipped from Haiti using DHL courier during business days from Monday to Friday excluding Haitian and American holidays. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order has been received. Processing time takes 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we are happy to say Oursin Swim ships all around the world! International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. 

How do I track my international shipment?

Please track your order with the tracking info received by email or by logging in to your account.  

Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?

This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order. Oursin Swim cannot be held responsible for any import duty

Can I get a refund on the duties and taxes if I return my order?

Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable.

What payment methods are accepted? 

Oursin Swim accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, PayPal and Amazon Pay and Apple Pay payments and AfterPay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

 When do I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. 

 My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

If your package has not shown up within 48 hours, please contact our support who can help you. However, once your order has shipped, Oursin Swim cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please contact DHL for more information.  

What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description.

Do you have a size chart? What size should I order?

You can find a size chart in the Size Guide tab. We recommend going with your usual swimwear size. If you still have questions about fit and specific questions about styles, please feel free to reach out to our team via email. 

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock. 

Where are Oursin Swim items designed and manufactured?

All Oursin Swim items are designed and handmade at our atelier in Port-au-Prince, Haïti. 

What are the bikinis made of? 

Our entire swimwear collection is made from an up-cycled nylon fabric from Europe, mainly Italy and Portugal. We use regenerated polyester and nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial waste such as discarded fishing nets.  

Is there anywhere I can try on Oursin Swim items? Do you have any store locations?

As of now, the only place to purchase Oursin Swim items is through our website. We do not have any store locations. However, we do host occasional pop-ups around the world where you get a chance to see the swimwear IRL and try them on!

 How do I care for my Oursin Swim piece?

Hand wash only in cold water, use a mild detergent or simply water. Hang dry when finished, do not tumble dry.

Please note that a high amount of chlorine and salt water can damage your swimsuit, wash immediately after use with clean water. Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and self-tanners can stain or damage your swimsuit.

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@oursinswim.com with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will be more than happy to take care of it!
