Shipping
Most Products purchased from the Website, once fulfilled and packaged, are shipped via DHL. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing, which can take up to four (4) or five (5) business days. Once the Product has been picked up by DHL, you will then be forwarded tracking confirmation details. Our standard shipping generally takes five (5) to (8) days for delivery.
Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge, which you may have the option to select from the Website during check-out or upon request to us at info@oursinswim.com. Sunday and holiday deliveries are not available. To ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check-out. However, Oursin may, from time to time as presented through the Website, offer free shipping for orders over a certain dollar amount. Any such free shipping may be subject to additional terms and conditions which are presented in conjunction with such offer, and by placing an order you hereby acknowledge and agree to any and all such terms and conditions. International customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for any customs or importation fees, taxes, and/or duties, in addition to shipping fees and costs.
Please note that our Products ship from Haiti, and as a result we may experience delays from time to time in the processing and shipping of orders. Additionally, there may be delays during both U.S. and international holidays. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Oursin shall not be responsible or liable to you for any such delays.

Returns
Oursin sincerely hopes that you will be satisfied with any Product you purchase from us. However, in limited circumstances (see next paragraph), we offer a fourteen (14) day return policy for Products. To initiate a return request, please send us an email at info@oursinswim.com. If your return request is accepted (subject to inspection), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping for customers in the U.S. is free, however, there may be a charge for international returns, which we will confirm with you after you submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, the Product must be returned in a new and unused state, in mint condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including any and all related accessories and documents. Oursin will not accept any return if the Product shows any sign of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if any labels, tags, packaging, or stickers have been removed or altered. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method, minus return shipping costs (if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you are eligible to return a Product and desire to exchange it for a different Product, please contact us atinfo@oursinswim.com, and we will provide you further details on how to make the exchange.
Damage
In the unusual event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by emailing info@oursinswim.com. Such notice must be sent no later than forty-eight (48) hours after you receive delivery, and must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged Product. Upon receipt of such notice, we will review your claim and then notify you whether it has been accepted, and if so, what options available to resolve the issue.
